Awaken your senses and restore balance in this unique workshop where movement, mindfulness, and creativity come together. Through yoga, meditation, and candle-making, you'll explore the power of the 7 chakras, leaving refreshed, inspired, and aligned.
✨ What to Expect:
▪️ 2:00-2:15 – Arrival & Welcome: Set your intentions & settle in.
▪️ 2:15-2:30 – Guided Chakra Meditation: Breathe, center, and activate your energy.
▪️ 2:30-3:15 – Chakra Candle-Making: Create a handcrafted soy candle infused with chakra-balancing scents. (One candle per person. All materials included.)
